گروه شرکتهای رایان نظم پس از اخذ مجوز استقرارسیستمهای مالی و اداری خود از سازمان شهرداریها و دهیاریهای کل کشور تتوانست برای سال 1390 مجوز فو تائیدیه فعالیت خود را برای سال 1390 تائید نماید.

پس از راه اندازی نرم افزارهای یکپارچه این شرکت در بسیاری از شهرداریهای کشور از جمله شهرداری چابهار ، ازنا ، پلدختر ، دامغان و ... شرکت رایان اقدام به ارائه سیستمهای خود به دفتر آمار و فناوری اطلاعات سازمان شهرداریها و دهیاریهای کشور نمود و با عنایت به این مطلب که نرم افزارهای شرکت رایان نظم از استانداردهای قابل قبول برای استقرار در شهرداریها برخوردار بوده و. قابلیت پوشش دهی به فرایندهای مالی و اداری در شهرداریها را دارا می باشند تاییدیه فوق را دریافت نمود..

به منظور همسان سازي سيستم‌هاي جامع نرم افزاري در كليه شهرداريهاي‌كشور و جلوگيري از اتلاف زمان و هزينه، سازمان شهرداريها ودهیاریهای کشور از طريق فراخوان اقدام به شناسايي شركتهاي توليد كننده نرم افزار نموده و شركتهاي معتبر را شناسايي و سپس مجوز را ارائه می دهد.
همچنین سازمان شهرداريهاودهیاریهای کشور در صورتیکه نرم افزار از شرکتهای تایید شده توسط ایشان خریداری گردد بخشي از هزينه راه اندازي و پياده سازي سيستمهای مزبور را پرداخت مي نمايد
